Cathy and Rob decided to start their own micro company because their passion for food often left them disappointed with the lack of quality produce available on the market.

Cathy has many years baking experience, running her own cafe, specialising in vegan patisserie, and enjoying an enviable reputation for her absolutely delicious cakes. A real passion for quality, has developed a fine tuned palette for all things sweet and decadent. 

Rob, trained in Germany as a Master Patissier, has many years heading up some of the leading hotels in the world, and managing the northern outlet of the UKs largest artisan bakery. His Master Chef of Great Britain status has taken his career to Australia, France, Germany, Spain and Michelin starred hotels and restaurants throuout the UK.
